Swoop Check-in online within 24 hours and up to one hour before your flight. Please be aware that the check-in and baggage drop counters at the airport will close 60 minutes prior to departure, so don’t be late. For airport check-in and/or baggage drop, Swoop agents are available starting three hours before your flight. You can check in for your Swoop (WO) internal or international flight at the airport, depending on your point of departure and final destination. The self-service kiosk opens three hours before departure and closes for domestic flights in Canada and international flights an hour before departure.
